Reachout is a member-led organisation, which means that the members make the decisions on what happens within the project.

Decisions are made by the Members Committee.

However, the day to day running of the project is done by the staff.

We also have a team of volunteers who assist in a number of different areas within Reachout.

• Reachout provide Volunteering Opportunities for adults aged 16+
• Reachout currently supports a number of active Volunteers
• During an average ‘drop-in’ week 5 volunteers hours total 40 hours per week
• During workshops, exhibitions, events, presentations etc. & ‘busy periods’ 8 volunteers averaging 70 hours per support the organisation.
